About us

Greenera is a young boutique firm dedicated to cultivating capacities for climate transformation, grounded in the extensive experience of its founders. We use the word “cultivating” deliberately: it conveys continuous support, growth, and care — not the one-off initiatives implied by “building” or “developing.”

Over our careers, we saw the same patterns repeat: organisations hiring external providers to deliver climate training, draft strategy, guidelines, or build AI tools — without first building internal consensus, understanding business objectives and with little engagement. The result? Training fatigue. Unused documents. Costly tech solutions that miss the mark. People don’t learn when they aren’t engaged, when they don’t know how to apply what they’ve learned in their work, or when they can’t see why it matters.

Greenera was created to change this approach. Building climate capacity needs to be systemic — embedded in business transformation, engaging, and adaptive.

Our approach responds to a growing need for deeper, experience-based learning that goes beyond lectures, slide decks and checklists. We facilitate educational games, simulations and interactive activities that bring learners together. Our tailored programmes strengthen institutional knowledge and enable action-focused collaboration. We put a distinctive focus on helping sustainability professionals become stronger communicators and skilled facilitators of change.

At Greenera, we champion climate knowledge brokering — fostering collaboration across the expert ecosystem rather than competition.
